The creche ensures women the opportunity to continue working after the birth of their children, supporting their independence and contributing to improving the social situation of families in Ghana.

According the philosophy of Maria Montessori

«Help me to help myself»: A philosophy promoting the individuality and creativity of each child; and thus, engaging and sustainable learning through nurturing and supporting a child’s natural joy of learning.  HPW provides the necessary infrastructure that allows the local caregivers to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for up to 120 children. The creche provides them with teaching materials, school uniforms and two healthy meals a day. A convenient school bus picks up the children and brings them back home every day. HPW is committing to helping support these services.
